- 6 kale leaves
- 3 carrots
- 2 red apples, chopped
- 1 beet
- Half a lemon, peeled
- 2.5 cm ginger piece
Ensure all ingredients are organic and properly cleaned.
Instructions:
- Blend ingredients with 1-2 cups of water.
- Strain and stir.
- Optional: Add ice for a cooler drink.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
Precautions:
- Avoid lemon if you have ulcers, heartburn, citrus allergies, or are on certain medications.
